Shipping policy

General

Our shipping is managed through the Worldwide Express (WWEX) LTL Freight Quotes application created by Bespoke Shipping.  This application links directly to the website’s host, Shopify Inc., retrieves negotiated LTL (less than trailer load) rates and displays them as shipping options for the customer in the Shopify checkout process. WWEX is a third-party logistics company that has access to over 60 LTL freight carriers. Freight Options

The WWEX application is programmed to display the best possible freight options given the product order request. If you would like to use a different freight carrier than the options listed, please email us at contact@boxbuddy.co

All customers will be required to have the proper equipment for offloading their freight purchase safely from the delivery truck(s).  This includes, but is not limited to - loading docs, forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift trucks.  Equipment will not be provided by any truck drivers.

If freight cannot be offloaded at the delivery address and is returned by the delivery driver to the freight terminal, the customer will be required to pay any and all fees incurred for re-delivery, storage, or pickup.  No returns of purchased goods are accepted by Boxbuddy.


Residential Addresses

At this time, we do not offer shipping to residential addresses. Our products are shipped in bulk and require appropriate warehouse equipment (loading docks, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move our products. We are not able to ship to residential addresses unless this appropriate equipment is available.

Our software automatically detects residential vs. commercial addresses. If there is a discrepancy and the payment process does not allow you to enter your desired address, please email us at contact@boxbuddy.co


Payment

Our products are shipped from our warehouse at 12 Old Westminster Road #1, Hubbardston, MA 01452 directly to your location. All shipping charges are added to the customer’s invoice. Any additional charges for services requested by the customer, including but not limited to inside delivery, special routing, residential delivery or pre-delivery notification must be paid by the customer.
