How Will My Order Ship?

We ship via full 53 foot truckload or partial 53 foot truckload.  All of Boxbuddy's shipping prices are real time quotes from our preferred freight shippers.  If you have any questions regarding shipping orders, please contact us.

I Have a Residential Address - Can I Still Place an Order?

To receive orders from BoxBuddy you must have a commercial address and loading dock preferred. In some cases lift gate service may be available. We recommend contacting us prior to placing orders that will ship to a residential address.

Do I Need Special Equipment to Unload My Shipment?

Preferred equipment to unload our product from the truck is a forklift. From time to time a pallet jack may work.

Where Do Your Products Ship From?

Boxbuddy stocks all products in our 50,000 square foot warehouse based in Massachusetts.

How Long Will it Take My Order to Ship?

Orders typically ship out of our facility within 24 hours except for orders that are placed on weekends and holidays.  Contact us if you have an order that you need expedited and we will be happy to assist!

Do You Accept Returns?

We can not accept returns on our product. To make sure you get what you want we strongly recommend ordering a sample box first.
